Asian meatballs in under 45 minutes

If you're a fan of meatballs, then you have to try Asian meatballs. Not only are they incredibly delicious, but they are also surprisingly easy to make and budget-friendly. The ingredients are readily available at most grocery stores, making it a convenient choice for a quick and satisfying meal. With just a few simple steps, you can have a batch of these mouth-watering meatballs ready to serve. So, whether you're cooking for a crowd or just craving some comfort food, Asian meatballs are a must-try dish that will surely impress your taste buds.


Ingredients:

-1 pkg of pork meatballs (raw)

-1/3 cup of soy sauce

-1/2 cup of sweet chili sauce

-1/2 cup of Asian salad dressing or sesame glaze sauce

-1 pkg of pre-cooked jasmine or white rice

-Green onions for garnish


Instructions:

  1. Heat your air fryer or oven to 375 degrees

  2. Place your meatballs in a deep pan if you're using the oven or in your air fryer tray and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.

  3. While the meatballs are cooking mix together your wet ingredients in a bowl and set aside.

  4. Cook your rice in the microwave according to the package instructions.

  5. Once the meatballs are done place them in your sauce bowl and give them a nice toss so the coating of the sauce covers every layer. Plate over your rice and add green onions for garnish. Enjoy!
