How to Make Delicious Chicken Spring Rolls with Carrots and Cabbage

Ingredients:

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast

- 1 cup shredded carrots

- 2 cups shredded cabbage

- 12 spring roll wrappers

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon sesame oil

- Salt and pepper to taste

**Green onions for garnish


1. Prepare the Filling:

   - Boil the chicken breast until fully cooked, then shred it.

   - In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, shredded carrots, shredded cabbage, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.

2. Assemble the Spring Rolls:

   - Take a spring roll wrapper and place a spoonful of the chicken and vegetable mixture in the center.

   - Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling, then roll it up tightly.


Spicy Peanut Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup peanut butter

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

- 1 tablespoon honey

- 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce

- 1 clove garlic, minced

- Water (as needed)


Instructions:

Make the Sauce

   - In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sriracha sauce, and minced garlic.

   - Add water gradually to reach your desired consistency.
