Crispy parmesan baby corn

Ingredients:

-1 can of baby corn

- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

- 1/4 tsp garlic powder

- 1/4 tsp paprika

- 1/4 tsp salt

- 2 eggs, beaten

For the dipping sauce:

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

- 1 tsp honey

- 1/2 tsp garlic powder

- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions:

1. In a shallow dish, mix together the grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.

2. In another shallow dish, beat the eggs.

3. Dip each baby corn into the eggs, shaking off any excess. Then dip it into the dry mixture, making sure to coat it completely.

4. Preheat your oven to 400 F

5. Add the baby corn in single rows on a baking sheet

6. Bake for 25-30 min or until golden and crispy

7. To make the dipping sauce, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper (if using) in a small bowl. Mix until well combined.
