Ingredients:
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup crushed peanuts
- 8 oz melted chocolate almond bark
Instructions:
1. Start by cutting the dates in half and take out the pits
2. Add the peanut butter to to a bowl and add a small drizzle of honey, stir well.
3. Add the peanuts to a zip lock bag and crush them
4. Melt your almond bark in the microwave for about 1 minute
5. Lay out parchment paper and place dates in a single file line
6. Fill the middle of your dates with the peanut butter mixture and then dip into your bowl of almond bark.
7. Last but not least, dip them in the crushed peanuts and let sit until chocolate is hard
