Crab Rangoon is a popular appetizer dish that is usually made with a crispy wonton wrapper filled with a creamy, savory crab and cream cheese filling. However, for those who are following a low carb diet, we are going to make a delicious version of this classic dish using low carb tortillas and an air fryer to achieve the perfect crispy texture.

Ingredients:
- 8 low carb tortillas (6 inches in diameter)
- 8 oz imitation crab meat, chopped
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened or whipped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- Salt, to taste
- Optional: green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped imitation crab meat, softened cream cheese, and garlic powder. Mix well until all ingredients are well combined. Add salt to taste.
2. Lay out the low carb tortillas on a clean, flat surface.
3. Place about 2 tablespoons of the crab and cream cheese filling in the center of each tortilla.
4. Wet the edges of the tortilla with a little bit of water and fold the tortilla in half to form a half-moon shape. Press on the edges to seal the filling inside.
5. Brush some avocado oil on both sides of the tortilla.
6. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F
7. Place the filled tortillas in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching each other.
8. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the tortillas turn golden and crispy.
9. Once they are done, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool for a minute or two before serving.
10. Serve it hot with the dipping sauce on the side. Optional: Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
