Revamping Game Day: How to Make Spicy Thai Nachos That Score Big with Your Guests

Updated: Mar 11, 2024

Ingredients:

- Wonton chips ( I made my own out of wonton wrappers)

- Green onions, thinly sliced

- Sweet chili sauce

- Mozzarella cheese, shredded

- Sliced almonds

- Pickled red onions

- Spicy Sriracha aioli

- Pulled chicken (cooked and seasoned according to preference)

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Arrange the wonton chips in a single layer on a baking sheet or oven-safe dish.

3. Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese over the wonton chips.

4. Place the baking sheet or dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

5. Remove the nachos from the oven and let them cool slightly.

6. Drizzle sweet chili sauce over the melted cheese, evenly distributing it across the nachos.

7. Sprinkle sliced green onions, sliced almonds, and pickled red onions over the nachos.

8. Drizzle spicy Sriracha aioli over the toppings, adding as much as desired for heat and flavor.

9. Finally, top the nachos with pulled chicken, spreading it evenly across the nachos.
